- The jewellery must be in its original unworn condition with security tags intact.
- Accompanied by the original tax invoice, BIS Hallmark valuation certificate, and IGI/GIA diamond report.
- Refunds are credited directly to your original payment mode within 5-7 banking days of vault inspection.

- Diamond Solitaires: 90% of prevailing diamond market value.
- Payout is processed securely via direct RTGS / NEFT transfer to the patron's bank account in compliance with RBI guidelines.
4. Live Computerized Karatometer Testing
We never perform traditional stone scraping or acid burns. All metal testing is performed on non-destructive, computerized German XRF Karatometers directly in front of you at our Delhi showroom.
