2. Precious Metal Pricing & Bullion Rate Alignment
The pricing of all 22K (916) and 18K (750) fine gold ornaments reflects the official prevailing bullion market rates in India at the time of purchase. Each official Aggarwal Jewellers invoice provides complete transparent breakdown:
- Gross Weight & Net Gold Weight: Disclosed down to two decimal places (0.01g).
- Stone / Diamond Carats: Deducted 100% from metal weight; diamonds and colored gemstones are never billed as gold weight.
- Transparent Making Charges: Competitive artisan craftsmanship charges starting from 7.5% depending on filigree complexity.
- Goods and Services Tax (GST): Statutory 3% GST levied uniformly on precious metals.
3. Mandatory BIS Hallmarking & Diamond Certification
Aggarwal Jewellers sells strictly 100% certified jewellery:
- BIS 6-Digit HUID: Every gold piece carries the Bureau of Indian Standards hallmark symbol, purity mark (e.g. 22K916), and laser-inscribed 6-digit HUID code verifiable on the BIS Care App.
- Diamond Authenticity: Natural solitaire diamonds above 0.30 carat are accompanied by certificate reports from accredited gemological institutes (GIA, IGI, or SGL) verifying the 4Cs (Carat, Color, Clarity, Cut).
4. Custom Bridal Commissions & Ring Sizing
Custom bridal trousseau sets, customized laser engravings, and made-to-order band adjustments are handcrafted according to customer-approved design drawings. Handover of precious merchandise requires valid OTP and recipient identification for insured armored transit compliance.
5. Jurisdiction & Legal Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising in connection with orders or jewellery valuations shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India.
