If you are not completely enchanted with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery for all standard catalogue creations. Pieces must be unworn, in original presentation chests, and accompanied by the original hallmark invoice and lab certificate.

2. Lifetime Exchange Guarantee

We offer a transparent Lifetime Exchange on all Aggarwal Jewellers gold and diamond ornaments at our flagship boutique:

• Plain Gold Jewellery: 100% of the current prevailing net gold value based on certified assay weight.
• Diamond Jewellery: 100% of current gold value plus 90% of prevailing diamond valuation.
• Polki & Kundan Sets: Exchanged at prevailing gold rates minus stone setting deductions.

3. Lifetime Buyback Guarantee

Should you wish to liquidate an heirloom piece, we provide a guaranteed cash buyback:

• Gold Ornaments: 97% of the prevailing gold market rate calculated on net gold weight.
• Diamond Ornaments: 97% of net gold rate plus 85% of prevailing certified diamond market rate.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Customized bespoke designs created to unique sketches, personalized engraved items, and custom ring sizes outside our standard catalog are non-returnable under the 15-day policy, but retain 100% eligibility under our Lifetime Exchange Program.

5. Return Pickup Logistics
