1. General Agreement
By browsing or purchasing from Aggarwal Jewellers, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms set forth herein. All transactions are governed in accordance with Indian commercial legislation and consumer protection statutes.
2. Hallmark & Product Specifications
Every gold item is stamped with the statutory BIS hallmark. Because handcrafted jewellery involves artisanal hand-chasing, die-cutting, and filigree work, finished product weights may exhibit minor normal variations (typically ±2% to 4%). Final tax invoices reflect the exact measured gram weight at dispatch.
3. Daily Gold Rates & Transparent Pricing
Precious metal pricing fluctuates in line with national bullion exchanges. The price applicable to your purchase is locked firmly at the precise timestamp of order placement, irrespective of subsequent market movements.
4. Insured Transit & Delivery Verification
Deliveries require physical presence and confirmation of an OTP code transmitted to the recipient's verified mobile number. Once delivery verification is finalized and parcel seals are intact, custody transfers to the customer.
5. Bespoke & Custom Orders
Custom orders designed to individual client specifications require an advance confirmation deposit. Because customized items are hand-tailored to personalized sizes or monograms, custom commissions are non-cancellable once casting has begun.
